This is an interesting and informative book. I just wish there was more detail. I was recently told that I am an empath. I was not sure what that meant. I identified with the descriptions given here. Now I know why I become overwhelmed in large crowds and become overwhelmed by emotions sometimes.
Great read as a beginning to understanding the Empath within ones self, however more investigative reading for ME is definitely needed. Well-written! So much helpful information in a relatively short read. I would recommend starting here to learn more about the qualities of The Empath.

The book has some good advice and a free book too! Could use some more tips on different ways to ground and more ways to hone in to specific abilities, but it’s geeat place to start.
